About our Warranty Process

Miller at Work chairs are crafted of the finest quality and heavy duty components. Coupled with the craftsmanship and our detail oriented staff, these chairs are made to last even in 24/7 environments. These products are rigorously tested and each chair is handcrafted in High Point, NC.

Even though we as the manufacture know the strength, durability and quality of our chairs, however as results show, we also know accidents can and will happen.

WE PROTECT YOU SO THAT YOU CAN PROTECT US:

For that reason, we also go the extra mile to provide extra safeguards for our customers in case accidents happen. For this purpose, we provide liability insurance coverage of $2 Million on each chair sold.

What our Warranty Covers

Miller at Work takes Customer Service to the next level, you will not see this type of next level Customer Service with any of our competitors.

We want our Customers to know the importance of Warranty to us and our Customers. All products that we sell, have a full warranty on ALL parts.

We also offer an Extended Warranty purchasing options at the time of purchase.

  • Miller at Work’s warranties include labor for repairs and all labor repairs will be authorized by Miller at Work.
  • Our warranties are applicable to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia.
  • All warranties will be tracked by the customer purchase order number and/or Miller at Work invoice number.
  • Miller at Work warranties typically cover normal wear and tear, with the exception being cases where the appropriate weight capacity is not adhered to by the purchaser.
  • No other manufacturer besides Miller at Work provides a warranty covering normal wear and tear.  Our commitment to a 24/7 work environment leaves no room for normal wear and tear, giving our competitors the leverage to disqualify any warranty claims.

We Have You Covered

Miller at Work will pay for shipping of damaged product returns on items such as:

  • Arm Rests
  • Castors

 

Miller at Work will send one of our employees or company approved installer to your location (on-site) to conduct repairs on all other items such as:

  • Frames
  • Base
  • Seat / Back

 

If repairs can’t be made on site, we will coordinate delivery back to our home factory, facilitate the repair or replace the item(s) and re-deliver these back to your organization.

**NOTE: All repairs under our warranty guidelines will be paid and provided by Miller at Work LLC
