Testimonials
The Nashville Emergency Communications Center has been using Miller at Work chairs for several years now. The company is a family owned ran business and the customer service has been excellent. We have worked closely with Max and his family to provide what we feel like is one of the best quality and comfortable chairs for our 9-1-1 dispatchers. The chairs have been extremely reliable, and Max is quick to respond with any questions or concerns, sending a technician onsite to promptly address any issues. Max has been onsite multiple times since we purchased the products to meet with management and our users to answer any questions. Overall, this has been an outstanding partnership with the Miller at Work company.

If you are looking for chairs that are as comfortable in hour 9 as they are in hour 1 of your shift, then these are the chairs for you! It’s difficult to make EVERY telecommunicator happy however; this is as close as I have come in my 30 years of public safety. There are sizes to fit all comfort levels not to mention colors.

We demand great products that are American-made. That is exactly what Max Miller at Miller at Work provides. In a dispatch setting, 24/7 Seating is most important for employee comfort. The Service and Sales of Miller at Work are the very best!

McMinn County 911
I like being able to adjust them to fit what I like. I don’t have issues after a 12-hour shift, personally, regarding comfort or back pains either.
William E Martin Jr (E-911 Director)
Culpeper County Public Safety Communications Center
We had our chairs embroidered with our 911 center logo, free of charge, and the presentation on the back of our chairs is beyond compare. We do many photo and video productions in our 911 Center and the Miller at Work chairs with our logo on the back are always a center point in the promotion of our agency. Aside from good service and a sturdy, durable product, the company founder, Mr. Max Miller is a man who stands out in the 911 community. He’s quick to offer his help delivering chairs as samples and replacements, he takes phone calls personally from his customers and participates in local and statewide programs to help educate and outfit 911 centers across South Carolina. We will be doing business with Miller at Work for many years to come and frequently refer his company to others in our industry.

Consolidated 9-1-1 Center
Charleston County Consolidated 911 Center has been buying 24/7 chairs for our dispatch center and training rooms for a little over 4 years. We have purchased three different types of chairs and even outfitted our training room as well. We’ve never had any complaints with the chairs we have been using every day since 2018 and the service we get from Max Miller and his team has always been A+. The 24/7 chairs that are made by Miller at Work are always durable, easy to operate, comfortable and if there’s ever an issue or a malfunction, Miller at Work is always quick to send a technician to visit our location to immediately remedy the situation. We like that Miller at Work offers heavy duty chairs for our staff when a regular standard chair won’t do.

Dear Jim, Thank you so much for such a gracious support to my company and family. In my last forty years of manufacturing, I have never received such accolades. You and Amy make us feel like we are a part of your organization’s family.
